Deep color and simplistic detail are incorporated into every product created by the artisans of Meyelo. Based in Kenya, the 50 artisans of Meyelo work in groups that focus on brass, leather, beading and weaving.

The philosophy of Meyelo is simple and sustainable. Meyelo believes that when you provide artisans with education, training, creative design and an international marketplace to sell their work, you create long-term opportunity that extends to their families and ultimately helps their communities break the cycle of poverty. The focus of Meyelo is to empower artisans with sustainable income through their craft while also helping to provide access to education, water, farming co-ops and medical needs.
