Kazi

UGANDA, RWANDA, BURUNDI
Intricate designs that are hand woven with bold colors to create an eye-catching home good collection. These hand woven products are the result of elaborate planning and skill that has been passed down through generations across Africa. Made from all-natural materials, the product lives with each African artisan, for a few days, as it is created. The uses of Kazi products range as far as the imagination can go.

Kazi was created by Greg Stone and Alicia Wallace to connect artisans with consumers that were seeking beautiful handmade home goods. Greg and Alicia felt that if they could share the creative energy of the artisans, they could help provide an opportunity for fair wages and income. Kazi currently has a base of 3,200 African artisans and they are striving to expand that market to reach additional men and woman.
