Shipping + Orders

Please allow 2-4 days to process and ship your order. Shipping times depend on the option chosen by the customer, which can be anywhere from 1-7 business days.

If your order is time sensitive, we suggest selecting a faster shipping option and reaching out to us at so we can do our best to get your order packed and shipped as soon as possible.

- Free Shipping + Fragile Items

We offer free shipping on orders $100.00 and up, with the exception of certain products and sale items.

*Items excluded in the Free Shipping promotion include glassware and ceramics. When these types of products are added to an order, shipping rates will be added to the whole order at check out.

*Certain fragile/oversized items will have a handling fee added at check out. Items with this fee will have a note in their product description.

If you need your order within a certain time frame, we do recommend choosing a paid, expedited option. Customers are provided with different shipping options to choose from at checkout.

- International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

- Sold Out Items

You can join the waitlist by submitting your email address in the form on the specific product page and we will notify you when the item becomes available.

Returns + Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery by contacting us at

Return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense and deducted from your purchase price refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are final and are not eligible for return.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Damaged Items

It’s important to us that our customers love the products they receive and their experience with us. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at with a photo of the damage.Damaged products not reported within 30 days of receipt may not be accepted.

- Stolen + Lost Packages

We are unable to offer refunds for any packages that are lost in transit, stolen or for packages that are marked as delivered but not received.

If a package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier seeking reimbursement. Have your tracking number, your order receipt and photos on hand as these will be essential in filing your claim.

- Exchanges

Palm + Perkins does not offer exchanges for any online orders. If you want a different product or need a different size or style, you may place a new order on our website.

- Cancelling or Changing an Order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order. We will work with you to customize your order but cannot guarantee a change if the order has already been processed/shipped.

Want us to send a gift directly to someone? We offer gift wrap with a gift note for online orders! You can do this on the Shopping Cart page by checking the box that says "Is this a gift?", which is located right above the Checkout button. When you check the box, further instructions will drop down to input your gift note and preferences.
