Shipping

  • How much does shipping cost?
    We are currently offering free shipping on orders $100.00 and up, with the exception of certain products and sale items. If you need your order within a certain time frame, we do recommend choosing a paid, expedited option. Customers are provided with different shipping options to choose from at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States, but we hope to soon! Follow us on social media and subscribe to our email newsletter to stay updated on everything new at Palm + Perkins!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Please allow 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Shipping times depend on the option chosen by the customer, which can be anywhere from 1-7 business days.

If your order is time sensitive, we suggest selecting a faster shipping option and reaching out to us at hello@palmandperkins.com so we can do our best to get your order packed and shipped.

Returns

Online Purchase Returns

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Palm + Perkins will accept returns of full-price, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a refund within 15 days from the delivery date. Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any return.

 

All items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

Please notify hello@palmandperkins.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item(s) back. Palm + Perkins reserves the right to reject a refund for any damaged or visibly worn returns. If an item is not in its original selling condition upon return, we reserve the right to only grant a partial refund up to 50% of the item's price. This may include: odor, pet hair, used or washed items, damaged items, make up stains or stains of any kind.

 

In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at hello@palmandperkins.com with a photo of the damage.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In-Store Purchase Returns

 

*For purchases made in person at our brick + mortar shop at 2950 College Ave, Berkeley, CA 94705.

 

Full-price, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund. Merchandise may be returned for store credit for up to 30 days.

In order to be eligible for a return - items must be in their original condition, with original tags, and with the receipt.

 

All items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

Gift Exchanges

 

If returned by Purchaser the items can be returned, within 14 days of date purchased, for a refund (to the original payment method), exchange, or store credit. If returned between 15 - 30 days, then store credit will be given. A receipt must accompany the items.

 

If returned by the Recipient, the items can be exchanged or returned for store credit, within 30 days of date purchased. A Gift Receipt must accompany the items.
