Dafna Kory is the maker of award-winning INNA jam and INNA shrub. It all started with her infamous jalapeño jam when she developed a recipe from scratch, made a batch, kept a jar for herself and gave the rest away to friends and neighbors. Everyone who tasted it got hooked and asked for more. Before she knew it, Dafna was making batch after batch of jalapeño jam, and INNA was born in 2010.

Today, INNA makes fresh, seasonal jams and shrubs from organic fruit sourced within 150 miles of their Emeryville, California kitchen. By sourcing produce directly from local organic farmers they're able to get the best possible fruit. Their single-varietal jams are crafted so that each fruit varietal's unique essence and natural subtleties shine through in bright flavors. INNA jam tastes like the freshly picked fruit from which it was made, each jar a time capsule of flavor.
